Our Computational-to-Wet-Lab Approach
Section 1: Dry Lab (Phase I — Complete)
Our discovery engine begins entirely in silico. Using molecular docking, structural bioinformatics, and computational screening, we identify and optimize lead candidates before a single wet experiment is run. This phase has been fully completed for all lead programs.
What we do:
- Target identification & prioritization
- Molecular docking & virtual screening
- ADMET prediction & toxicity filtering
- Lead optimization & patent landscaping
Section 2: Wet Lab (Phase II — In Progress)
Validated computational hits are advanced to in vitro and in vivo experimental confirmation. Our team operates from a proprietary P2-level laboratory facility, ensuring IP security, rapid iteration, and cost efficiency.
What we do:
- In vitro cell-based assays
- In vivo efficacy studies (PDX / syngeneic models)
- PK/PD profiling
- Safety & tolerability assessment
Section 3: CDMO & IND (Phase III — Initiated)
Concurrent with wet-lab execution, we are engaging CDMO partners for process development, scale-up, and CMC. Intellectual property filings are underway to secure global protection for our lead molecules and targets.
What we do:
- CDMO partner selection & tech transfer
- Process development & scale-up
- IP filing (composition of matter, method of use)
- Regulatory strategy & IND preparation
